Multiplayer also can integrate with your calendar to help you prep for meetings, ensure meeting attendees are confirmed, and schedule times.

Get started with your calendar

Currently you will receive an invite to try the calendar integration after you activate Multiplayer at ai.mulitplayer.work. This invite will appear in your inbox.  

Meeting prep

Each day, your Multiplayer assistant will check your calendar for external meetings and send you meeting prep materials including research on who is attending from outside your organization and information about the organization that this person belongs to. 

Note: While this feature is robust and includes multiple methods of verifying the correct information for your attendees, please keep in mind that many people may share the same name. Where someone may have a less robust online presence, or share a name with a relative celebrity, we may have some difficulty confirming the correct online information for the person you are meeting with. This is rare. 

Calendar management 

Multiplayer will check for missing calendar event attendee confirmations and notify you in advance for follow up. 

Works with email drafts 

Multiplayer will provide automatic draft responses to emails that ask for your availability by offering preferred times from your calendar.
